SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE

CIVIL PROCESS:
Statutory fees for service of Summons & Complaint, Subpoena, Personal Protection Order and Judicial Notice. MCLA 600.2559 et. seq.:

$21.00 per defendant, party served.

$18.00 per garnishee served. Disclosure fees must be included with garnishments. Fees will not be advanced.

$12.00 INCORRECT ADDRESS FEE.

MILEAGE FEE: Statutory mileage fee taxed roundtrip from court issuing process to service address. MCLA 600.2559 (4)

ORDER FOR ALTERNATE SERVICE:
It is our practice to keep Order For Alternate Service to a minimum. In the event alternate service is required after diligent attempts at personal service are exhausted, statutory service fees apply:

$21.00 for each defendant served by posting and $21.00 per location (courthouse, public venue) posted. Statutory Mileage Fees apply to each location from the jurisdictional courthouse.

"ONE STATE, ONE RATE" PROGRAM:
If your office can guarantee 100 services per month, we can offer "ONE STATE, ONE RATE" service fees. $32.50 per address, NO MILEAGE FEE.

REQUEST AND ORDER TO SEIZE PROPERTY/WRITS OF EXECUTION:
Only Court Officers and Sheriffs can serve executions in Michigan. MCLA 600.6001; MCR 3.103(D)

Debtor notification within 48 hours after receipt of Order. All fees taxed to judgment debtor upon successful levy of personal property.

UNSATISFIED WRITS/ORDERS: $45.00 regardless of our costs!

REAL ESTATE LEVY:
$125.00 includes service of Writ/Order, title search, levy preparation, recording fees and service of recorded levy.

CLAIM & DELIVERY:
$275.00 FLAT RATE for Vehicles, Motorcycles and Watercrafts.
All other property call for special pricing.
